In the Mall road you can find a variety of home-made jams, squashes, juice concentrates and fruit preservatives in Bara Bazaar, The Mall Road, Bhotia Bazaar and Mallitaal. You need to bargain a little bit with the shopkeepers to get the reasonable prices.

The Cambridge Book Store is the oldest Book Shop of Mussoorie, the owner of the shop is helpful and well-known. You can find books of different genres and magazines here. Ruskin Bond, the famous writer often visits this place, and all his books are quite a specialty of this book store.

It is the oldest photography shop in Mussoorie. Located centrally on the Mall road, this shop offers facilities like printing photographs both digital and manual. Here good quality cameras are available for sale and rent. It is one of the few places where you can get them on rent as well.

Located 8km from Mussoorie on Mussoorie-Dhanaulti Road is Himalayan Weavers which produces hand-woven shawls, stoles, scarves and throws using only natural dyes and wool, eri silk and pashmina. Their aim is to produce high quality handloom products, popularize the use of environmentally friendly natural dyes and provide a market for craft products made in the Himalayan region
